Change In Composition Of Board Of Directors In MBSB Bank Berhad, A Wholly-Owned Subsidiary Of Malaysia Building Society Berhad ("MBSB")

The Board of Directors of MBSB wishes to announce that Puan Lynette Yeow Su-Yin has resigned as Independent Non-Executive Director of MBSB Bank Berhad with effect from 11 June 2021.
