On behalf of the Board, Maybank IB wishes to announce that based on the valid DRFs received by the Share Registrar, MBSB will be issuing 196,095,257 new MBSB Shares pursuant to the DRP. The new MBSB Shares to be issued represent approximately 78.72% of the total number of 249,098,620 new MBSB Shares that would have been issued pursuant to the DRP had all the entitled shareholders of MBSB elected to reinvest the electable portion of their Final Dividend into new MBSB Shares.
