On behalf of the Board, Maybank IB wishes to announce that MBSB has allotted and issued 196,095,257 new MBSB Shares on 30 July 2021 pursuant to the DRP. The said new MBSB Shares were listed and quoted on the Main Market of Bursa Securities with effect from 9:00 a.m. on Monday, 2 August 2021.

With the listing of the said new MBSB Shares, the enlarged issued share capital of MBSB comprises 7,171,483,803 MBSB Shares.
