Proposed Single-Tier Interim Cash Dividend For The Financial Year Ending 31 December 2021

The Board of Directors of MBSB is pleased to announce that a Single-Tier Interim Cash Dividend ("Interim Cash Dividend") of 3.00 sen per share has been declared for the financial year ending 31 December 2021 to be payable on 12 January 2022 to shareholders whose names appear in the Records of Depositors at the closure of business on 31 December 2021.
