Malaysia Building Society Berhad ("MBSB") wishes to announce that MBSB Project Management Sdn Bhd, a wholly-owned subsidiary of MBSB had held Final Meeting under Section 459 of the Companies Act, 2016 on 4 July 2022 at Level 16, Menara LGB, 1 Jalan Wan Kadir, Taman Tun Dr. Ismail, 60000 Kuala Lumpur to conclude its Members' Voluntary Liquidation.

The voluntary liquidation of MBSB Project Management  Sdn Bhd will not have a material effect on the earnings and net assets of the MBSB for the financial year ending 31 December 2022. None of the Directors or substantial shareholders of MBSB or persons connected to them have any interest, direct or indirect, in the voluntary liquidation.
