Pursuant to the Share Purchase Agreement dated 9 June 2023 between Permodalan Nasional Berhad (Registration No. 197801001190 (38218-X)) (PNB) and Malaysia Building Society Berhad (Registration No. 197001000172 (9417-K)) (MBSB) (SPA), PNB has sold and transferred 480,355,627 ordinary shares in Malaysian Industrial Development Finance Berhad to MBSB and MBSB has purchased and accepted the transfer of such shares at the purchase consideration as agreed in the SPA and subject to the terms of the SPA.

Per the SPA, the purchase consideration has been satisfied through the issuance and allotment of 1,050,828,629 ordinary shares in MBSB at the issue price of RM0.9652 (rounded to 4 decimal places for illustrative purposes only).
