On behalf of the Board, AmInvestment Bank wishes to announce that following the disposal and transfer of Subject Loans and Non-Financial Subsidiaries to Emerald Unity in accordance with the terms of the SPA which has been executed, the Scheme has been completed on 31 January 2024 in accordance with its terms.
