The Board of Directors wishes to announce that the Company had on 12 June 2024 received the Notice of Registration of New Name pursuant to Section 28 of the Companies Act 2016 issued by the Companies Commission of Malaysia on 12 June 2024. Accordingly, the name of the Company has been changed from "MALAYSIA BUILDING SOCIETY BERHAD" to "MBSB BERHAD" with effect from 11 June 2024. This announcement is dated 12 June 2024. |
