Renounceable rights issue of up to 506,985,548 new ordinary shares of RM1.00 each in Malaysia Building Society Berhad (“MBSB”) (“MBSB Shares”) (“Rights Shares”) at an issue price of RM1.00 for each Rights Share on the basis of 5 Rights Shares for every 7 existing MBSB Shares held at 5.00 p.m. on 6 May 2011 together with up to 506,985,548 free detachable warrants (“Warrants”) on the basis of 1 Warrant for every 1 Rights Share subscribed (“Rights Issue with Warrants”).
