ON 6 MAY 2011 TOGETHER WITH 506,424,813 FREE DETACHABLE WARRANTS (“WARRANTS”) ON THE BASIS OF 1 WARRANT FOR EVERY 1 RIGHTS SHARE SUBSCRIBED (“RIGHTS ISSUE WITH WARRANTS”)

We refer to the past announcements in relation to the Rights Issue with Warrants.

In this respect, on behalf of the Board of Directors of MBSB, RHB Investment Bank Berhad is pleased to announce that the Rights Issue with Warrants has been completed today following the listing and quotation of the Rights Shares on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“Bursa Securities”) as well as the admission of the Warrants to the Official List of Bursa Securities and the listing and quotation of the Warrants on the Main Market of Bursa Securities.
