Malaysia Building Society Berhad ("MBSB") wishes to announce that MBSB had on today, under the 2010 Employees Share Option Scheme of MBSB, granted 32,937,698 Options over new shares ("MBSB Options") to the eligible employees ("Eligible Employees") of MBSB.

(b) Exercise Price of MBSB Options Offered : RM2.33

(c) Number of MBSB Options Offered: 32,937,698 MBSB Options

(d) Market Price of MBSB Shares on Date of Offer : Closing Price of MBSB Shares on Date of Offer is RM2.34

(e) Number of MBSB Options Offered to Each Director : NIL

(f) Vesting Period of MBSB Options Offered: 15 November 2012 until 11 August 2015.
