The Board of Directors has recommended a Final Dividend and a Special Dividend for the financial year ended 31 December 2012, for the approval by the Company's shareholders at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting, the details of which are as follows:-
i. a Final Dividend of 9.0% less 25.0% income tax (6.75 sen net per ordinary share); and
ii. a Special Dividend of 18.0% less 25.0% income tax (13.5 sen net per ordinary share).

This entitlement and payment dates in respect of the proposed Final Dividend and Special Dividend will be announced at a later date.
