Malaysia Building Society Berhad (9417-K) ("MBSB") wishes to announce that the following wholly-owned dormant subsidiary companies had each held their Final Meeting under Section 272 (2) of the Companies Act, 1965 on 29 May 2013 at 11th Floor, Wisma MBSB, Jalan Dungun, Damansara Heights, 50490 Kuala Lumpur where it was resolved that the companies be wound-up voluntarily:-
(a) Longterm Pride Sdn Bhd; and
(b) Maxroute Sdn Bhd

The voluntary liquidations of the above companies will not have a material effect on the earnings and net assets of the MBSB for the financial year ending 31 December 2013. None of the Directors or substantial shareholders of MBSB or persons connected to them have any interest, direct or indirect, in the voluntary liquidations.
