Malaysia Building Society Berhad ("MBSB") wishes to announce that MBSB had 9 March 2014, under the 2010 Employees Share Option Scheme of MBSB, granted 26,926,228 Options ("MBSB Options") to the eligible employees ("Eligible Employees") of MBSB.

Details of the MBSB Options are as follows:-

(a) Exercise Price of MBSB Options Offered : RM2.15

(b) Number of MBSB Options Offered: 26,926,228 MBSB Options

(c) Market Price of MBSB Shares on Date of Offer : Closing Price of MBSB Shares on Date of grant is RM2.21.

(d) Number of MBSB Options Offered to Each Director : NIL

(e) Vesting Period of MBSB Options Offered: 9 March 2014 until 11 August 2015.
