Reference is made to the Company’s announcements dated 10 October 2013, 10 December 2013 and 28 January 2014 ("Earlier Announcements") as well as the circular dated 25 November 2013 in relation to the Dividend Reinvestment Plan. Unless otherwise stated, defined terms in this announcement shall carry the same meanings as defined in the Earlier Announcements and circular.
