Reference is made to the Company’s announcements dated 16 February 2015 and 24 February 2015 in relation to the Dividend Reinvestment Plan (“Earlier Announcements”). Unless otherwise stated, defined terms in this announcement shall carry the same meanings as defined in the Earlier Announcements.
