Reference is made to the Company’s announcements dated 16 February 2015, 24 February 2015, 31 March 2015, 14 April 2015, 15 April 2015 and 28 May 2015 in relation to the Dividend Reinvestment Plan (“Earlier Announcements”). Unless otherwise stated, defined terms in this announcement shall carry the same meanings as defined in the Earlier Announcements.

On behalf of the Board of Directors of MBSB, AmInvestment Bank Berhad (“AmInvestment Bank”) wishes to announce that MBSB had on 28 May 2015, issued and allotted 121,210,451 new MBSB Shares pursuant to the Dividend Reinvestment Plan (“New MBSB Shares”).

The New MBSB Shares had been listed and quoted on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad with effect from 9.00 a.m. on 29 May 2015, marking the completion of the Dividend Reinvestment Plan.

With the listing of the New MBSB Shares, the enlarged issued and paid-up share capital of MBSB is 2,838,292,345 MBSB Shares.
