Malaysia Building Society Berhad ("MBSB") wishes to announce that the following wholly-owned subsidiaries of MBSB, had each held their Extraordinary General Meeting today, at which it was resolved that the Companies be wound-up voluntarily and and that Andrew Lai Tsun Khiong and Huang Khean Yeong be appointed as Liquidators of the respective Companies:-

The Companies have ceased the business operations and are currently dormant.

The voluntary Liquidation of the Companies will not have a material effect on the earnings and net assets of MBSB for the financial year ending 31 December 2015. None of the Directors or substantial shareholders of MBSB or persons connected to them has any interest, direct or indirect, in the voluntary liquidation.
