MBSB is pleased to announce that the Board had on 6 August 2015 approved the extension of the duration of MBSB ESOS for a further five (5) years from 12 August 2015 to 11 August 2020 in accordance with By-Laws 19.3 of MBSB ESOS By-Laws, which was approved by the shareholders of MBSB on 29 April 2010. Notice of the above extension will be served on each of the ESOS grantee.
