On behalf of the Board of Directors of MBSB ("Board"), AmInvestment Bank Berhad and RHB Investment Bank Berhad wish to announce that the Board has decided to extend the closing time and date for acceptance and payment for the Rights Shares as well as excess shares application and payment from 5.00 p.m. on Wednesday, 13 July 2016 to 5.00 p.m. on Thursday, 21 July 2016. The revised important relevant dates for the Rights Issue are set out above.
