Further to the announcement made on 3 August 2015, Malaysia Building Society Berhad (9417-K) ("MBSB") wishes to announce that the following wholly-owned dormant subsidiary companies had each held their Final Meetings under Section 272 of the Companies Act, 1965 on 5 June 2017 at Level 16, Menara LGB, 1 Jalan Wan Kadir, Taman Tun Dr. Ismail, 60000 Kuala Lumpur to conclude their Members' Voluntary Liquidation:-

1. Springtide Sdn. Bhd.;

2. Raynergy Sdn. Bhd.; and

3. Trimonds Sdn. Bhd.

The voluntary liquidations of the above companies will not have a material effect on the earnings and net assets of the MBSB for the financial year ending 31 December 2017. None of the Directors or substantial shareholders of MBSB or persons connected to them have any interest, direct or indirect, in the voluntary liquidations.
