Reference is made to the announcements dated 22 February 2017, 18 April 2017, 26 April 2017, 12 May 2017, 15 June 2017 and 22 June 2017 in relation to the Dividend Reinvestment Plan (collectively referred to as “Earlier Announcements”). Unless otherwise stated, defined terms in this announcement shall carry the same meanings as defined in the Earlier Announcements. On behalf of the Board of Directors of MBSB, AmInvestment Bank Berhad (“AmInvestment Bank”) wishes to announce that MBSB had on 22 June 2017, issued and allotted 125,644,042 new MBSB Shares pursuant to the Dividend Reinvestment Plan (“New MBSB Shares”). The New MBSB Shares had been listed and quoted on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad with effect from 9.00 a.m. on 23 June 2017, marking the completion of the Dividend Reinvestment Plan. With the listing of the New MBSB Shares, the enlarged number of MBSB Shares in issue is 5,924,418,200 MBSB Shares. This announcement is dated 23 June 2017. |
