We refer to the earlier announcements in relation to the Proposed Merger. Unless otherwise stated, the terms used herein shall have the same meaning as defined in the said announcements in relation to the Proposed Merger.

On behalf of the Board, RHB Investment Bank and AmInvestment Bank wish to announce that the Company had on 19 December 2017 extracted the sealed court order dated 13 December 2017 to convene a Court Convene Meeting within 90 days from the date of the court order, for the purpose of considering and if thought fit, approving the scheme of arrangement pursuant to the Proposed Transfer of Identified A&L.

The venue, date and time of the Court Convene Meeting will be announced in due course.
