We refer to the previous announcements in relation to the Proposed Merger. Unless otherwise stated, the terms used herein shall have the same meaning as defined in the said announcements in relation to the Proposed Merger.
On behalf of the Board, AmInvestment Bank and RHB Investment Bank wish to announce that the holders of the MBSB Structured Covered Sukuk had on 22 January 2018 approved, among others, the Proposed Sukuk Exchange and the reorganisation of MBSB and/or the amalgamation of MBSB with AFB in relation to the corporate exercise.
