The Board of Directors of Malaysia Building Society Berhad ("MBSB" or "the Company") wishes to announce that the resolution as set out in the Notice of the Court Convened Meeting ("CCM") dated 31 December 2017 was duly passed by the shareholders of MBSB at the CCM held today, 23 January 2018. The resolution was voted by poll and result of the poll was validated by Coopers Professional Scrutineers Sdn Bhd, the independent scrutineer appointed by the Company.
