We refer to the earlier announcements in relation to the Proposed Merger. Unless otherwise stated, the terms used herein shall have the same meaning as defined in the earlier announcements in relation to the Proposed Merger.

On behalf of the Board, RHB Investment Bank and AmInvestment Bank wish to announce that the Company has on 28 February 2018 obtained the sanction of the High Court for the scheme of arrangement pursuant to the Proposed Transfer of Identified A&L (“Scheme”) as advised by the Company’s solicitors. Pursuant thereto, the solicitors have filed the draft order to the High Court on the same date.

The Scheme will take effect upon the extraction and lodgement of the sealed order with the Companies Commission of Malaysia at a later date, which will be announced in due course.
