Reference is made to the announcements dated 30 January 2018, 1 June 2018, 12 June 2018, 25 June 2018, 27 July 2018 and 3 August 2018 in relation to the Dividend Reinvestment Plan (collectively referred to as “Earlier Announcements”). Unless otherwise stated, defined terms in this announcement shall carry the same meanings as defined in the Earlier Announcements. On behalf of the Board of Directors of MBSB, AmInvestment Bank Berhad (“AmInvestment Bank”) wishes to announce that 239,168,124 new MBSB Shares (“New MBSB Shares”) had been listed and quoted on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad pursuant to the Dividend Reinvestment Plan with effect from 9.00 a.m. on 6 August 2018, marking the completion of the Dividend Reinvestment Plan. With the listing of the New MBSB Shares, the enlarged number of MBSB Shares in issue is 6,389,101,298 MBSB Shares. This announcement is dated 6 August 2018. |
