Reference is made to the announcements dated 8 April 2019, 9 May 2019, 14 May 2019, 11 June 2019 and 15 July 2019 in relation to the Dividend Reinvestment Plan (collectively referred to as “Earlier Announcements”). Unless otherwise stated, defined terms in this announcement shall carry the same meanings as defined in the Earlier Announcements. On behalf of the Board of Directors of MBSB, AmInvestment Bank Berhad (“AmInvestment Bank”) wishes to announce that 324,300,317 new MBSB Shares (“New MBSB Shares”) had been listed and quoted on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad pursuant to the Dividend Reinvestment Plan with effect from 9.00 a.m. on 24 July 2019, marking the completion of the Dividend Reinvestment Plan. With the listing of the New MBSB Shares, the enlarged number of MBSB Shares in issue is 6,713,401,615 MBSB Shares.
