Puan Mazwin was appointed as Head of EPF Legal Department on 1 April 2015. She joined Employees Provident Fund ("EPF") in September 1993 as a Legal Officer and has held several other positions before being promoted to Head of EPF Legal Department . The department acts as the advisor to the EPF in relation to legal related matters and secretariat to the EPF Board. The department is also responsible for initiating legal actions against employers or any party that do not comply with provision under the EPF Act 1991 and its subsidiary laws. She is a qualified lawyer and completed her Certificate in Legal Practice/chambering at one of the legal firm in Kuala Lumpur. She is currently a Board Member of Kwasa Properties Sdn Bhd. |
