The Board of Directors of MBSB wishes to announce that MBSB will be seeking shareholders' approval on the proposed amendments to the Articles of Association of the Company ("Proposed Amendments") by way of special resolution at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting ("AGM") to be held at a later date.
Details of the Proposed Amendments will be attached as Appendix A in the Annual Report 2007 of which will be despatched to the shareholders in due course.
