Malaysia Building Society Berhad ("MBSB") wishes to announce that MBSB Project Management Sdn Bhd (“MPMSB”) a wholly-owned subsidiary of MBSB, had held its Extraordinary General Meeting on 1 December 2020, at which it was resolved that the MPMSB be placed under members’ voluntary winding up. MPMSB had appointed Khoo Siew Kiat and Kevin Lee Tuck Yuen as Liquidators for the purpose of the members’ voluntary winding up.
