Appointment Of Senior Independent Non-Executive Director

The Board of Directors of Malaysia Building Society Berhad is pleased to announce that Puan Lynette Yeow Su-Yin has been appointed as the Senior Independent Non-Executive Director of the Company in place of Encik Lim Tian Huat who will be redesignated as Non-Independent Non-Executive Director of MBSB with effect from 7 February 2021.
