The Board of Directors of MBSB wishes to announce that pursuant to the terms and conditions of the deed poll dated 21 April 2011 constituting the Warrants, the subscription rights of the Warrants will expire at 5.00 p.m. on Tuesday, 31 May 2016 (“Expiry Date”). 

Warrant holders should note that all outstanding Warrants which are not exercised by 5.00 p.m. on the Expiry Date will lapse and become null and void and cease to be exercisable thereafter.

The important relevant dates and times in relation to the expiry of the Warrants are listed in the table below:-

The notice to the Warrant holders in relation to the expiry and last date for exercise of the Warrants will be despatched to all Warrant holders on Thursday, 28 April 2016 (“Notice”).
